It is important to note that tickets obtained through the app act as the sole means of admission, thereby reducing paper waste and enabling quicker entry via barcode scanning.

If your order does not appear immediately in the Co-op Live app, rest assured that tickets will become available no later than approximately five working days prior to the event.

Once your tickets are accessible, indicated by the ticket icon, you can log in using your Ticketmaster account credentials to retrieve your event access. New users can easily create an account within the app.

Furthermore, the app facilitates the management and transfer of tickets among your group right up until showtime. Please note, this app is specifically designed for Co-op Live events and is distinct from the Co-op Membership app.
